Rio Frio Holidays provide the best road cycling holidays and training camps in Spain. We are based in the heart of Andalucia - one of the most least crowded areas of Europe - less than an hour from both Malaga and Granada airports. Most of our guests are accommodated at the 4-star hotel Finca Eslava, which is equipped with its own fabulous indoor swimming pool and state-of-the-art sports centre.
Whether you're a road cycling fanatic out for a hard day's cycling, or a cycle tourer or family group who would prefer a more leisurely pace, our vehicle-supported cycling routes will take you on quiet, smooth roads through one of the most stunningly scenic areas in the world.
Our cycling routes may start and/or finish on our doorstep, or we may drive to the start and/or back from the finish. At Rio Frio Holidays, there is no such thing as a "typical" day's road cycling in Spain; every ride is tailored to your personal requirements. The local area is hilly, but the biggest climbs are optional!

Kids ride for free when accompanied by an adult
The weather here is usually much better than the UK, especially in winter & spring. However, if we do lose out to the elements, you are free to make use of the hotel's fitness centre, indoor swimming pool and fitness classes - And it's all included in the price!
If you fancy a spot of mountain biking for a change, hire one of our quality, front suspension bikes and we will show you some of the best mountain biking in Spain; or why not take a spin on our tandem? Or let us help you to organise a spot of horse riding, tennis (including coaching from a former pro), a day on the ski slopes or a round of golf. And, whenever you get back to your accommodation, a soothing massage from a fully qualified sports massage therapist is always available. In fact, one is included free in every road cycling break!

All of our road-cycling breaks based at the 4-star hotel Finca Eslava include:
